Hotel Policies
Check-In Time: After 3:00 PM
We require online or phone check-in prior to your arrival at the hotel. Your room number and lock access code will be sent to your email and cell phone (SMS) at 2:30 PM on the check-in day.
There is no front desk at the hotel. Please review our Check-In Instructions before arrival.
Check-Out Time: Before 11:00 AM
Payments
We do not accept cash. Payments are made online or by phone, and we accept all major credit cards.
Security Deposit
A $75 security deposit is held when the self check-in link is sent by email. The security deposit will be refunded by the end of the day after checkout, provided all hotel policies have been followed.
Parking
Parking is free for all customers and guests. Vehicles must be registered before check-in, either when making a reservation, during online check-in, or via text at 952-467-6897.
Unregistered vehicles will be billed for overnight parking at the nightly room rate and may be towed at the owner's expense.
Reservations
A valid ID and credit card are required to make a reservation.
Reservations can be made online or by phone.

Group Reservations
Group reservations of more than two rooms require a $75 group booking deposit per room at the time of booking.
This deposit will be collected at the time of booking and is non-refundable if the rooms are cancelled after booking.
The group booking deposit will be used as a security deposit during the stay and will be refunded before the end of the day on the checkout day.
Service Pets
Service pets are welcome and must be registered prior to check-in.
Pet Policy
Pets are welcome based on the availability of designated pet-friendly rooms.
- Pet Fee: $20 per pet, per night.
- Maximum Pets: Two pets per room.
- Pets are accepted only in specific rooms, subject to availability.
- Pets cannot be left unattended at any time on the premises or alone in the room.
- Guests must clean up after their pets.
- Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas of the premises.
- Pets are not allowed on beds or any other furniture in the rooms.
Unannounced Pets: A penalty of $200 per pet, per occurrence will apply.
Thank you for following these policies, which allow us to remain a pet-friendly hotel and accommodate the needs of all our guests.
No Smoking or Vaping Policy
We are a smoke-free and vape-free facility.
A minimum $200 cleaning and restoration fee will be charged to the guest's account if this policy is violated on the premises.
Designated Smoking Areas
For guests' convenience, designated smoking areas are available outside the hotel. Please smoke within five feet of the designated smoking areas.
Fire Safety
For your safety, the premises are monitored by a central fire monitoring company. In the event of a fire alarm activation, the fire department will be notified immediately by the monitoring company.
Cancellation Policy
For group booking cancellations, a non-refundable deposit may apply. Please refer to the Group Reservations section under Hotel Policies for cancellation and deposit conditions.
For individual room reservations, the default 48-hour cancellation policy applies unless otherwise specified in your reservation.
Cancellation Deadline: Cancel at least 48 hours before check-in, before 3:00 PM local time, to avoid a $100 cancellation penalty.
Cancellations can be made directly online using our Cancel Reservation page or by calling us at 952-467-6897.
Last-Minute Reservations: Reservations made within two days of check-in are non-cancellable.
We want to ensure you get the best rate when you book directly with us.
If you find a lower rate for the same room type and dates on a third-party booking website, contact us and we will match or beat that price. The rate must be currently available and bookable at the time of your inquiry.
- A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in.
- A valid credit or debit card is required at check-in for incidentals.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the room or property during their stay.
- Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Management reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests for disruptive behavior.
