We require online or phone check in prior to your arrival at the facility. Your room number and lock access code will be sent to your email and cell phone (SMS) at 2:30pm the check in day. Payments:

We do not accept cash. Payments are made online or by Phone, and we accept all major credit cards. 

Security Deposit:

$75 deposit is held at when a self check in link is sent by email. Security Deposit refunded if all policies listed here are honored by the guest by the end of the day after checkout.

Valid ID and CC required to make a reservation.

Group Reservations:

Group Reservations of more than 2 rooms will incur a group booking deposit of $75 per room at the time of booking. This deposit will be held at the time of booking and is non refundable if the rooms are cancelled after booking. This booking deposit will be used as a security deposit during the stay and will be refunded before the end of the day on the checkout day. 

Cancellation Policy:

For Group booking cancellation policy, non refundable deposit may apply. See Group Reservations for cancellation and deposit policies.

For individual rooms booked, 48 Hours default Cancellation Policy applies unless otherwise specified in your reservation. Cancel 48 Hours before check in day before 3:00 PM local time to avoid $100 Penalty.

Cancellations can be made directly online at our web site using the link Cancel Reservation or by calling us. 

Reservations made within two days of check In are non cancellable.

Pet Policy:

Pets are welcome based on pet room availability. Pet fee of $20 per Pet / per Night applies. Maximum two pets. Pets are accepted in specific rooms based on availability.

Pets cannot be left unattended at anytime in the premises or in the room alone. Please pick up after your pet. 

Pets must be on leash at all times in public places on the premises, and pets are not allowed in beds or any furniture in the rooms.

Unannounced pets will result in a penalty of $200 per pet, per occurance. 

Thank you for following these policies allowing us to be a pet friendly hotel and to be able to accomodate the needs of all of our guests.

No Smoking or Vaping Policy:

We are a smoke and vape free facility. A minimum cleaning and restoration fee of $200.00 will be assessed to your account, if this policy is not honored by guest at all times in the premises.

For customers convenience, outside of the hotel, there are designated smoking areas identified for your use. Please smoke within 5 feet of the designaged smoking areas.

For your safety, the premises are monitored by central fire monitoring company. Should there be an fault activation, fire department will automatically be notified by the monitoring company immediately.
