This Parking Lot is a private property intended for authorized patrons, tenants, employees, vendors, and other permitted users only.
By entering or parking on the property, drivers agree to follow this Parking Policy and all posted signs and markings.
Overnight Parking without written authorization is a violation of our Parking Policy and will be billed at $99 / Night. Overnight Parking is strictly prohibited unless the vehicle is registerd with Bevens Creek Inn or with the Property Management Company: [Presidium Services LLC, Call [or] Text : 952 467 6897, bevenscreekinn@gmail.com]
Parking is permitted only in designated stalls and only for authorized vehicles/users as identified by on-site signage, permits, reservations, or written authorization from property management.
Vehicles must park wholly within a marked stall and must not block drive aisles, loading zones, fire lanes, dumpsters, snow removal areas, entrances/exits, or access aisles/ramps.
Vehicles must comply with any time limits and any space restrictions posted on-site.
The following are examples of “unauthorized” or prohibited parking on this property:
Parking without authorization (including customer-only, tenant-only, permit-only, or reserved areas).
Parking in areas marked “No Parking,” “Tow Away Zone,” fire lanes, drive aisles, loading areas, or other restricted/striped areas.
Parking in a disability-access aisle or otherwise blocking accessible features.
Storing vehicles, leaving vehicles unattended beyond posted limits, or leaving inoperable/unlicensed vehicles on the property.

Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense as permitted under Minnesota law.
When the property is properly posted as private, nonresidential property, an unauthorized vehicle may be removed immediately under Minnesota’s towing/impound authority framework.

All towing, storage, and administrative fees are the responsibility of the vehicle owner/operator, and the vehicle must be retrieved directly from the towing company/impound lot pursuant to their procedures. Property management is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles that are parked or left on the property in violation of posted rules, except as otherwise required by law.
